You came through something. Someone behind you is still in it.

You found your way out, and now people keep asking you how. You answer the same questions one at a time, in the same coffee shop, and you have started to feel the ceiling of that.

what usually happens next

The knowing is there. The thing that carries it is not.

Most people try to fix that by making more. A longer document, another outline, recordings nobody finishes. The material grows and you are still the only way in.

What is missing is a shape. Something a stranger can walk into on a Tuesday night, without you in the room, and come out the other side of changed.

what this is

We build one path, and we build it properly.

Not a website and not a rebrand. The thing you came through, taken apart honestly and rebuilt as a walk someone else can take. I do the building. You do the knowing, which cannot be delegated.

  • The walk itself, written: the movements, the questions, the practices.
  • The pages a person meets, in your voice rather than a template's.
  • The letters that arrive afterwards, so nobody is left standing in a hallway.
  • The delivery, wired and tested, so it runs on a night you are asleep.

The form below takes about fifteen minutes, and it is what I read before we speak.

We talk once, for an hour

No presentation. I ask questions until the shape appears or until it is clear that it is not there yet.

I say yes or I say not now

I take on very few of these, and a not now comes with what I would do in your position.

We build it together

Weeks rather than days, with you in it the whole way, because a path built without the person who walked it first reads like a manual.

This is not for someone who wants a funnel around an idea they have not lived. The whole method rests on ground you actually covered, and I would rather say that now than take the money.

And there is no price on this page. What it costs depends on what is being built, and I do not know that until we have talked, so the number comes after the hour, in writing, once.
